The Project
Process Flow provided a Modular Concrete Pumping Station as part of the early works for the Pomona Road Reservoir Upgrade project.
The Pump Station was constructed at our workshop prior to the site being ready and allowed the Civil Contractor (Fulton Hogan) to immediately proceed with the reservoir upgrade with no delay.
The project included:
New Electrical and Automation equipment
Duty/Standby Pump Set to Stage Coach Road
Key Points
The Pump Station replaced an existing station that was restricting access to the new reservoir site.
Constructing and Pre-Commissioning the Pump Station offsite allowed for a seamless transition between old and new at site.
The project was delivered on time and on budget greatly assisting the Tasman District Council Project Delivery team.
The project included communication with a large number of stakeholders to ensure a coordinated solution was delivered.
